Venture Global LNG Inc. has extended and expanded its lease by 29,257 square feet at 5 Houston Center in downtown Houston. The transaction brings the total lease to 58,514 square feet on two full floors. Transwestern Real Estate Services arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord, Spear Street Capital.
“We are excited to expand this tenant, which is able to take advantage of the efficiency of the floorplate, floor-to-ceiling glass and spectacular views over Houston’s premier entertainment venues,” said Transwestern SVP Tyler Garrett.
“Venture Global is an exciting user to have in the 5 Houston community, and we look forward to finding another great user for the remaining four-floor block we have available at the building.”

5 Houston is a 580,875-square-foot, 27-story, Class A office building that underwent a full-scale renovation completed in 2019. It’s now 70% leased.
