Big Wins for Texas REALTORS® in the November 2025 Election

Members of Texas REALTORS® have plenty to celebrate following the November 2025 election. From statewide propositions to local ballot initiatives and candidate victories, Texas REALTORS® demonstrated the power of organized, informed civic engagement.
A Perfect 9-for-9 on State Propositions
All nine statewide constitutional amendments supported by Texas REALTORS® passed, marking a clean sweep for homeowners, property owners, and communities across the state. Through the Texas REALTORS® Issues PAC (TRIP), the association partnered with the National Association of REALTORS® to ensure voters understood what was at stake, from meaningful property tax relief to smart, future-focused investments in water infrastructure and workforce development.
These victories finalize key pieces of legislation from one of the most successful legislative sessions in the association’s history. But they also underscore the value of strong advocacy at the Capitol paired with REALTOR® engagement at the ballot box.
Sweet Victory in Collin and Bexar Counties
At the local level, TRIP’s investments paid off in a big way. Both local issues campaigns supported by TRIP—the creation of Collin County ESD No. 1 and Bexar County Propositions A & B—were successful at the polls.
These initiatives will help ensure public safety, promote economic development, and protect property values. Congratulations to the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® for their hard work in communicating the facts and turning out the REALTOR® vote.
TREPAC-Supported Candidates Win Big
TREPAC-backed candidates also had a strong showing on Tuesday night. Of TREPAC’s 16 contested candidates this cycle, 11 won outright and two advanced to a runoff—an 81.25% success rate.
Each of these REALTOR®-supported candidates, from Midland to Mesquite, earned TREPAC support for their positions on private property rights, economic growth, and community development.
When REALTORS® Vote, Texas Wins
All these wins reflect what happens when members of Texas REALTORS® get engaged, stay informed, and show up at the polls. From the Capitol in Austin to local ballot boxes across the state, REALTORS® continue to strengthen their communities and make and homeownership more attainable.
