Blackstone Group, which spent more than $1.7 billion on Hawaii real estate last year, has confirmed that it is the buyer of the Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel.
The sale of the leasehold hotel recently closed for an undisclosed amount. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, which marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Pacifica Hotels, declined to disclose the name of the buyer.
