EPA Revised Standards for Lead Dust Hazard Levels

EPA Revised Standards for Lead Dust Hazard Levels

The Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home Pamphlet (EPA Form) (TXR 2511) has been updated to reflect the new lead dust standards from the Environmental Protection Agency.
The EPA now considers lead dust in any concentration to be hazardous. Additionally, after lead abatement work has been performed, dust cleanup activities must be conducted until testing shows that dust levels are below 5 micrograms per square foot for floors, 40 micrograms per square foot for interior window sills, and 100 micrograms per square foot for window troughs.
