Nack Development launched construction on Patios at the Rail, a 38,500-square-foot building near Frisco, TX’s Main Street. The three-story building, scheduled for a fall 2019 opening, will offer office, retail and restaurant space, along with rooftop patios and an event center.
Tenants that have signed for space include Austrilian-based Honour Espresso (its first U.S. location), Texana Design Co., Tumbleweeds TexStyles creative craft workshop, J&K Children’s supply, and creative co-working space, Makers gym.
Nack Development which is headquartered in Frisco, is already at work on its first downtown Frisco project, Tower at the Rail. The 8,000-square-foot development offers residences, along with retail and office space.
