Texas REALTORS® on May 19 will soft launch Transact, a new transaction management system. Don’t worry … zipForm will remain available with no set retirement date. The soft launch is intended to allow interested members to test the new platform this summer.
When logging into zipForm for the first time after the soft launch, you’ll encounter a one-time pop-up window that directs you to “Create in zipForm” or “Create in Transact.” You can choose zipForm to continue using your subscription as usual. A banner message will be shown at the top of your zipForm dashboard if you want to try Transact later.
Transact is a mobile-friendly transaction management solution featuring intuitive design and improved navigation. All of the same forms you rely on in zipForm are also available in Transact. Further information about Transact, including learning opportunities, will be shared later this year.
