Urban Air Adventure Park leased a 30,706-square-foot, freestanding retail building in Mesquite, TX, an eastern Dallas suburb. The indoor trampoline and adventure park will open in its new location at 3777 Childress Ave. in late summer 2019.
David Zoller and Derek Schuster with Weitzman handled negotiations for the California-based landlord, which acquired the asset in 2016. Urban Air was represented by Mike Stern and Josh Flores with EDGE Realty Partners.
The building was previously occupied by sporting goods retailer Gander Mountain. The Minnesota-headquartered Gander Mountain retail chain shuttered its stores when it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2017.
Urban Air Adventure Park offers attractions for children of all ages, and can host events, including birthday and team parties, corporate outings and community fundraisers.
