Brief Bio<\/p>\n

Clint Broughton is the founder of Pintail Companies. Clint is a licensed Certified General Appraiser and licensed Real Estate Agent. Clint currently specializes in commercial real estate and farm and ranch appraisals. His real estate experience also includes property management, commercial leasing, ranch management, and investment sales.<\/p>\n

Clint grew up in the Dallas\/Fort Worth area and went to Flower Mound Marcus High School. He is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Immediately after college, Clint managed restaurants and worked in the car business in sales, finance, and management roles. After moving back to Dallas, he began working in real estate for Marcus & Millichap, a national commercial real estate brokerage, focusing on retail investment sales. After starting a family in 2010, Clint moved to his wife\u2019s hometown of Brownwood, TX where he became a licensed appraiser and continued to grow his real estate career. Clint owns and operates Pintail Companies and can be found appraising, managing, and advising clients on all types of real estate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Clint takes much pride in his family life and community involvement. He is married to a hard-working attorney Jennifer Broughton who owns and operates her own firm specializing in family law. Together they have been blessed with two children; a son Lawson and a daughter Gwenyth. Clint volunteers his time to make his community better by serving as: President of the Kiwanis Club of Brownwood, member of the City of Brownwood Zoning Board, member of the Heartland Board of Realtors, teaching a high school personal finance class through Junior Achievement, Cub Scouts Pack 14 Den Leader, and coaching youth sports. If any free time remains, Clint enjoys being outdoors at his family ranch, on a golf course, at the lake, or in the mountains.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
