Walnut Hill Lane in Irving, TX, into want it calls an \u201cactive workspace environment.\u201d Special services company CW Capital Asset Management was the seller.\nSituated on 15.2 acres, the building delivered in 1983, and includes a four-level parking garage, fitness center, cafeteria and conference facilities. VARIDESK, with help from Cawley Partners, was self-represented. Robert Deptula and Mike Jardage with Transwestern represented the seller.\nJohnny Johnson and Chris Taylor with Cushman & Wakefield, are working with VARIDESK to assist with the redevelopment, and perform the lease-up.
